  Misti was great to work with. We were blessed with our first grandson on Valentin's day and I had a last minute balloon request, she was able to accommodate me and delivery a very adorable arrangement to the hospital. I would totally use her again, she does great work and her customer service was above and beyond.

  It has been so great finding Misti’s balloon business while my daughter is a student at UND!!! Getting in touch with her and arranging a cute balloon delivery for my daughters birthday was so easy and such an awesome surprise for her! Recently my daughters boyfriend flew to GF to visit her and “re-ask” her to be his girlfriend after they decided to take a 5mo break when they both went to different parts the country for college. I immediately gave him Misti’s number and she jumped on the idea and made the surprise perfect! SAVE HER CONTACT….especially if you’re a parent many miles away and need help letting your kiddo know you’re thinking of them on any occasion.

  Yesterday I used the online ordering system for Balloons by Misti to create and deliver a balloon bouquet to a friend who was undergoing knee replacement surgery the next day at Altru. It was my first purchase with this company, but I have seen and admired Misti’s arrangements at several functions over the years. I often catch a glimpse of her colorful delivery vehicle making its way around the streets of GF, so the business is top-of-mind for me. Because we winter in the South, I was in need of a company that was self sufficient as well as trustworthy. Misti is a business owner who understands the complexity of good customer service! She handled everything in my order from creation and design to hand delivery of the finished product in the correct Altru complex. My friend was delighted to find the beautifully impressive balloon display in her room upon return following the surgery. I am grateful for the superb service and thoughtful follow-through provided by Misti and I’m happy to award her a five-star review!
