Was going to buy a Men’s T-Shirt had a sale price tag above for $12.99 were the shirts were and went to the cashier to check and they ringed up for $30 each I told the cashier there was a sign saying they were $12.99 on sale and she told they were short staffed haven’t got time to take them done. I told her they should guarantee the price. Told me they can’t so I told her keep it. Won’t be going back to JCPenney.
