- JSJennifer StanleyFeb 1, 20251.0Express is terrible. Fargo may be the worst. I purchased jeans from the store that were incorrectly sized on the tag - by Express. When I was in the store they failed to give me a receipt “because there system wasn’t working.” They Told me if I needed to make an exchange they would be able to pull up the receipt…now no one can find it and they refuse to do anything about the jeans they wrongly sized. I would suggest shopping elsewhere. There are a lot of other options that won’t lie and take advantage their customers.

I had to call the original location where the suit was purchased, then to corporate customer service to finally get to someone who would agree that it wouldn’t make any sense to remove just one tag from the jacket and leave the rest intact. Moreover, even if I did it would not be the “do not remove” tag. The most disgusting part was the store associate, who claimed that there is no manager above her and if I wanted to escalate the issue I would have to call corporate customer service. Well I did, and got to return the suit, but I will never shop at Express again. You can thank this location’s employees for that.
