  I went into the store the first time on May 24. I went in at 7 PM and I grabbed a couple things to try on maybe five. I didn’t like some of the things I had and so after the fitting room I hung them up where they hang the regular takeback items. As I was going up to check out, a blonde employee came out with the items I had put on the no rack in the back by the fitting rooms. She walked up to the counter (a brunette), where the other person was working, called her name, and they both laughed and said “oh my God I think I know who did that.” And they laughed Like it was a huge inconvenience. It is THEIR JOB. Clearly they were talking about me not realizing I’m a foot away behind a rack and can hear them. Employees like that are the reason why no one wants to shops in the store anymore. And I absolutely love the Aerie Clothes. I hope the main manager sees this, knows who they are, and has a conversation about how to treat customers.

  Anna, Saraya and Madi were so sweet and helpful. I haven’t shopped for a bra in over a decade and Anna was so polite and professional while she did a sizing for me! I felt totally comfortable and she gave me a few different options since different styles fit differently. Saraya was extremely helpful and since I was shopping by myself she was even kind enough to give me an experts advice on fit and what style that would fit my needs. Again, I felt so comfortable the whole time and she was super accommodating when I wanted to try something different. Anna checked me out and took the time to check the website for nursing bras (which I’ll do an online order later - thank you again!). While mentioning I’m new to the area, Anna had some great recommendations for local spots to check out, Madi agreed and their teamwork dynamic really made me enjoy the experience shopping there. I was enjoying the conversation so much with these ladies and I hope I didn’t hold the line up too much 😉. Thank you again!
