- TGTy'Rhae GibsonNov 17, 20251.0Upon entering the establishment, I greeted the individual and inquired about his well-being, but my greeting was ignored, which I did not take personally. I proceeded to ask whether the business offered pawn services. The individual was initially evasive in his response but eventually clarified that they do not provide pawn services, though they do buy and sell jewelry. When I presented my jewelry for evaluation, he prematurely stated that it was of little value before examining it. After the assessment, it was determined that the jewelry amounted to a total of 20 carats. When I asked Allen for an estimate of the value, he responded in an unprofessional manner, stating that he had three other customers ahead of me and that the process would take some time. Very uncomfortable place and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

I called back a few months later and I was told I of picked it up. I was at work the day they said I picked it up. They did not have a signature for pickup and then said I must of had someone pick it up for me. Never got my ring back.
