- TGTy'Rhae GibsonNov 17, 20251.0Upon entering the establishment, I greeted the individual and inquired about his well-being, but my greeting was ignored, which I did not take personally. I proceeded to ask whether the business offered pawn services. The individual was initially evasive in his response but eventually clarified that they do not provide pawn services, though they do buy and sell jewelry. When I presented my jewelry for evaluation, he prematurely stated that it was of little value before examining it. After the assessment, it was determined that the jewelry amounted to a total of 20 carats. When I asked Allen for an estimate of the value, he responded in an unprofessional manner, stating that he had three other customers ahead of me and that the process would take some time. Very uncomfortable place and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

Instead I was told, presumably by the owner, that I “should have thought of the purchase as a trailer home” and I “have pictures not paintings.” This was followed by an absurd lowball offer. I would highly recommend avoiding this business. I know I will never spend a dime here.

The guy gave me different options and asked good questions.Took the ring in at 1030 and was done at 3. Only thing is there was a jewel that fell out of band during cleaning due to resizing the band but he replaced it back in. So overall good service. Now I get to show off my new engagment ring!

Right then i knew he was blowing smoke.Called two weeks ago. Was told they had not started on it yet. Took around 10 to even find it. Took the clock put it on the car seat started to chime.
