    Very disappointed with my experience at this location. I ordered a specific pair of glasses that was shown as in stock, my payment was approved, and the money was taken from my account. Because of that, I drove two hours to pick them up. Once I arrived, I was told the glasses were not available and that the order should never have gone through, since they apparently haven’t had that pair in stock for a while. This is extremely frustrating and should not happen due to poor inventory management or system issues. Posting this to make others aware and hopefully prevent it from happening again.

    I'm not a fan of the Sunglasses Hut protection plan policy; however, Seth was a very good salesperson at Hanes Mall.
