I ordered a specific pair of glasses that was shown as in stock, my payment was approved, and the money was taken from my account. Because of that, I drove two hours to pick them up. Once I arrived, I was told the glasses were not available and that the order should never have gone through, since they apparently haven’t had that pair in stock for a while. This is extremely frustrating and should not happen due to poor inventory management or system issues. Posting this to make others aware and hopefully prevent it from happening again.

- DLD LoJul 26, 20251.0Manager at this store failed to provide help regarding a failed pair of glasses we got within a month. He treated us with disrespect by not caring about the issue presented. We have spent a large amount of money at Sunglass Hut and caring was the least this Manager should have done. You just get a number to call and take care of it on your own, BTW Prada glasses, not cheap. Poor customer service, lack of care, he didn't care on bit about it. Very disappointing and will never spent a dime at Sunglass Hut again. After you buy and they get the money, they don't grant the supposedly 24 months warranty, they will make excuses. be aware.
