Management never returns calls, I was supposed to receive a call back within 30mins I never received the call, I had an appointment in HP & when I got there no one was in office, they were supposed to reimburse me for the inconvenience and gas but never did, the interlock comes up with codes that they themselves have no idea of what it means, I had got an rescheduled appointment and my car locked me out the day prior to and I clearly asked beforehand will It lock me out and I was told no but yet I got put in lockout, they never answer the phone and your on hold for hrs unless you hit #8 for a call back and that takes hrs as well, they are definitely money hungry and they don’t work with you one bit, I had came across a hard time and asked for a later appointment date once and was told “ no pay, no play” which is incredibly rude & inconsiderate, I would never recommend this company ever ! I’m so close to getting mine removed so I’m trying to just deal with it but I definitely should’ve been left and went over to smart start ! I wouldn’t even have given them one star !
