There were no associates available to help, no one to ask for directions, and no clear signage to find specific brands. When customers can’t even locate products or staff, it makes shopping frustrating and inefficient. If this continues, I can’t see them keeping customers for long.

The best that I can tell is that there are only two. The lack of open dressing rooms is awkward. After picking out some undergarments, I was told I would have to go to to a dressing room on the opposite side of the store. I don't think so. I have no problem with ordering on line. However, returns still have to be done at an understaffed check. I can see that JCP is crashing. Nothing is geared toward a decent shopping experience for the constomer.

I find the prices to be a little high, but the quality is usually top notch. The store was clean and well stocked. This JCPenny is in the middle of this mall and you have to go thru it to access the other side of the mall.

I apologize, not realizing that they were not open. He then stood there leering at me as if I had done some criminal act. A woman could be heard in the background. Saying learn how to read what time we open pointing to the door.
