- DBDoc BennettApr 22, 20265.0First, have not been a fan of Academy. But today we had the BEST employee I have seen in a long time at any store. I don’t know what you are paying Junior but it should be MUCH more. This young man has one focus: satisfying customers. He should be teaching customer service to everyone in your company. A very, very close second is Amber. How Academy was lucky enough to get both is amazing. Be good to them because someone in the retail market is going to see this or run into them and they are going to be GONE.
