  I went in to get a gift for my wife for her graduation, I spent an hour trying to find the right charms for the bracket. I went to the register ready and changed my mind. Dawn helped me find the perfect gift. She was so helpful and supportive and patient.

  The absolute BEST selection, staff and repairs!! I brought in my charm bracelet to have another charm added and they were so kind to help me right away. While I waited, they offered to clean my rings and were beyond hospitable and patient while I was looking for a “push present”. We will be back soon!!! Thank you all!

  I had my rings fused together yrs back. Recently, I needed to have them sized UP but, now, my VERY THICK BAND is thinner AND MY RING WEIGHS LESS!!! How is this possible, unless they bored-out my band… INSTEAD of adding whatever weight of gold needed to size it larger❓ AND NOW, it feels SHARP… NOT HAPPY AT ALL❗️❗️❗️

  REEDS Jewelers is the BEST jewelry store, period. The whole team here is amazing and the store is beautiful. It can hold its own against any other jewelry store In the country or world. I have personally worked with Zach, Chris, Luci, Melissa, Roger, and Genna and they are the kindest, most knowledgeable, and hardworking professionals I have ever met. They are the preeminent subject matter experts when it comes to watches, necklace, bracelets, rings etc. and overall customer service. It says something about the culture of a business when they know you by name and always greet you with a kind greeting and professionalism. No matter where I end up, I will only ever buy watches and jewelry from REEDS. I will be a REEDS Customer for LIFE. 10/10 and 5 stars for the service and overall customer experience.

  I had a wonderful experience! Zach was very personable and welcoming. He helped me explore different options for resizing my watch and installed a new battery. I’m thankful for my positive experience, as it is so important to find a jeweler you can trust with family heirlooms.
