- JRJOYCE RIDENOURMar 27, 20265.0I've dealt with Kingoff's Jewelers since I moved to Wilmington in 2014. The goldsmith, Michael, and Jane, who, helped me in the front of the store, are incredible. Michael made a cherished cuff look better than brand new and repaired/restored/created a pair of earrings that looked exactly as the original version. I LOVE both the cuff and the earrings -- super glad to be wearing them again. And Jane was so patient with all my questions, knowledgeable, and understanding helping me through the whole process. THANK YOU to both of you!

They are the best at customer satisfaction, making sure everyone is treated with respect and dignity. - JBJordan BentonNov 12, 20251.0Will not be using kingoffs anymore. My engagement ring has been there 3 times in the last year, and this last time I asked for the prongs to be tightened. The lady walked out and handed me this… looks like someone smashed the prongs enough to completely reset the diamond. A different jeweler was also appalled at how the diamond are currently set. Be very careful taking family jewelry to this location.
