Very impressed. Went in with bent wedding set (bent while moving recently) & the extremely nice and competent gentleman took it into his workspace for a few moments and straightened it back out without asking for a dime. And seeing the problem ultimately was additionally a resizing needed, I left it with them and a few days later -- picked it up & perfection at minimal cost. Would highly recommend!

I stopped in Reeds today to look for an anniversary band to wear with my diamond ring. Nancy was so helpful and together we found just the perfect band. Then I asked if I could have a few links removed from my watchband. She brought me right over to Bradley who measured and removed it right there. Everyone in store so friendly.
I would definitely go back there again.

Went in to get battery replaced in wife's quartz Omega watch. I mentioned it had a full Omega service including battery replacement within the past 2 years. The battery was only guaranteed for one year but Roger returned it to me with the battery replaced free of charge. While there I was shown a variety of watches by several employees, all of whom were genuine watch enthusiasts. An excellent experience.

I came in earlier today to take a look at some rings in hopes to find the perfect one today for my finance. I walked in was greeted with a hello. I saw that the store was relatively busy obviously due to Valentine’s Day so I walked around for a bit and then sat down close by some sales people helping other customers. Waiting for somebody to finish up and ask if I was in need of any help. Not one person came up to me and asked if I needed any help or was looking for anything. Even helping others coming in after me so after about 15-20 minutes I left !

I had a fantastic experience at Reeds Jewelers at Mayfaire Town Center while shopping for my first Rolex. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive.
I worked with Eleana Carrillo, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She took the time to really get to know me, listened carefully to what I was looking for, and asked thoughtful questions that helped narrow my options. I had already done quite a bit of research online and had a few specific models in mind, but Eleana brought a level of insight and education that I had not considered. Her guidance ultimately made my decision much easier and gave me a lot of confidence in where we landed.
What stood out most was how invested she was in understanding not just the watch itself, but how I intended to use it and how it would fit alongside other watches I own or may add to my collection in the future. Our conversations were enjoyable, informative, and never rushed.
Everyone in the store was friendly and knowledgeable, and while I did not catch all of their names, the professionalism and depth of Rolex expertise across the team was truly impressive.
I am really looking forward to building my Rolex collection and continuing to work with Eleana. It felt like more than just a great buying experience. It felt like I met someone I trust and genuinely enjoyed working with.
