I took it to William Tracey at the "fix it" desk and was in and out. I needed a sizing and a small repair, and i trusted his expertise. I got a text when it was finished. I got my mother's ring and it was beautiful. Erin Nolan did a beautiful job on the peice. I will continue to use Perry's for ALL of my jewelry needs.

I had snapped it right where it connects to the Apple face, and I honestly thought it might be done for—but William worked his magic. When I left, it looked polished and brand new! On top of that, he cleaned my left and right hand diamonds and carefully checked every single one under the microscope to make sure they were secure. I walked out absolutely sparkling and feeling so taken care of. Thank you, William, for always going above and beyond and treating me with such care and professionalism. You are truly the best!
