It was explained to me that the wedding band was going to be more challenging with a hammered finish and two tone gold. I was willing to accept that it may not look exactly the same. I felt confident that Perry's would provide the best possible appearance. When I picked up the wedding band I was absolutely speechless at the beauty of the new band!!( I am including a picture, even though it can't capture the beauty of seeing it in person) It was stunning, lovelier than I could have imaged!! There was nothing to indicate a repair had even occurred. Only a true craftsperson/artisan could perform such detailed work. I was told Sara Reyes did the work on the ring. Thank you Sara for restoring my ring to the beauty it was when I first received it 20 years ago! I am so thrilled to be able to wear it again. You are so talented and true craftsperson!! Thank you Perry's Emporium for having such outstanding artisans/employees taking care of our jewelry. I will definitely only go to Perry's for my jewelry needs. I give Sara Reyes a 100 A++ for customer service excellence!!!

I’m not a big jewelry person but I never felt intimidated as William patiently explained exactly what they’d be doing. I cannot stop smiling at the finished products only two weeks later! When I came to pick up one order Lynn greeted me with a smile and even went back to check on my second ring just to find out when I could expect the next text. Lynn said it would likely be finished in 40 minutes so I decided to wait. Within five minutes Chelsea came out to make sure I was happy with the fit before polishing my beautiful thirty-two year old wedding band. Ten minutes later I was wearing both of my perfect rings! I felt like I was the most important guest in the store! Wow! Thank you all so much!! I highly recommend Perry’s Emporium!
