I completed the time that I had to have it in my vehicle and made sure all fines and monitech was paid in full. I was applying for a mortgage for my first house and there was a Nick on my credit report from monitech for $2,126. Credit collection place tell me that I owe monitech this money for not returning equipment and past due fees which I closed out years ago and now it's still on my credit report. I called monitech and the collection agency multiple times asking them to take care of this. Everybody's that I talked to were rude and disrespectful!!! Also they we're not really willing to try to help me resolve this issue. These people are crooks . I got denied the loan because of this. I will be sueing them!!
