- MMMarkMar 14, 20261.0American Eagles jeans have gone way down hill in quality. This is the second pair of 80 dollar jeans that have broken and didnt even last a month. All I do Is take my belt off and the loops rip off like paper.

I was having trouble finding some of the items I was looking for so I asked her for assistance. She was extremely patient, kind and unbelievably helpful. I returned to the store a week after Christmas to get some more items and saw her at the register. She instantly remembered me and the casual conversation we had about my family while she helped me 3 weeks prior. As someone who has worked in retail and is now a full time recruiter, Gabby is an employers dream. The store in Wilmington is lucky to have her. Hands down the best customer service I have ever received in a retail store.
