I understand it’s right after the holidays, and people are probably tired and over worked. But the last thing a customer wants is an argumentative employee who is unwilling to hear you out that a price is ringing up wrong. I was trying to purchase a comforter from the 75% off section, the bag was clearly torn unlike others that were 50% off not clearance. All the associates I asked about it were unwilling to help, and just down right snippy. I was a mom with her two young kids and just about left in tears because all I wanted to do was purchase my comforter at the price the sign said it would be.

- JJJeffries JeffriesDec 29, 20251.0I got a $200 gift card from Belks from my wife for Christmas I'm a cowboy Country Boy I do not like anything they have in there as far as jeans and clothes go I wanted to return the Card unfortunately Belk does not return gift cards which we paid for with good hard-earned cash they won't give it back to us so I suggest nobody buy a gift card from Belk's you're stuck with it whether you can spend it or not they want you to sell it on a website and take less money for it I personally will never shop at Belk again nor will I ever buy a car gift card for anybody in my family or anybody I ever know this is the worst company policy I've ever heard of in my life
