  Amazing customer service! Mike, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure my arrangement was ready on time and kept me updated every step of the way. He communicated clearly and made the whole process stress-free. The arrangement was beautiful and made a perfect gift. Highly recommend!

  ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC!!!! Do not order from this joke of a company. Placed an order to be delivered on Valentine’s Day and got stood up. Zero responses, zero delivery and they just totally scammed me for my money. Will never order from this joke of a company again. Who ever is in charge of this location is a clown.

  Delivered as promised with a smile. Fruit was fresh and delicious. Their arrangements are so beautiful! The smaller arrangements to me are not worth the $, but the larger ones give you more value as well as variety. They are also perfect for lots of occasions.

  Am very disappointed with this specific branch as I have ordered from other stores before and the experience was completely different.I put an order a day before delivery day at around 4PM to be delivered the following day to a residential area just within a few minutes from the store.At 12PM on the delivery day I call the store to get a clear timeline of delivery time and the guy I talk to assured me that delivery will be between 2 -4PM.At 2PM I decide to track the driver and he had 10 STOPS before my delivery.At 5.30 PM no delivery yet and I decide to call the store again and this time round I talk to Michael who says the orders are normally never done in order of first come first serve and the whoever gave me a delivery timeframe was wrong.This time round I track the driver again and still has 10 mores STOPS to deliver to before my order is done.I ask Michael why is this the case since 2PM and he says the driver goes back and forth to the store and if there are new incoming orders more closer to their vicinity they are done first which means my order will keep waiting until no new orders within the driver’s proximity are made.At last delivery was done at 6:19PM which beats no sense of even placing the order the day before.I don’t recommend this store to anyone, please read all the reviews because I regret not doing it before.
