  I placed an order for my daughter's birthday and they went above and beyond to make sure she received the arrangement before she left home. There was a delay and their team reached out to me and let me know and offered options. When my kiddo received it she sent me a photo and even included an extra item for the inconvenience. Thank you for making her day extra special and thoughtful.

  First, I’d like to apologize. I reside in FL & made a purchase for my step daughter’s birthday today. The flowers looked sad and my order included a small cheesecake. There was confusion in my emails, as at first it was showing me last year’s order for her birthday. I called and spoke with Mike. We thought the cheesecake was missing. It was located at the bottom of the bouquet. We apologized for not checking the box. As we thought it was a box to hold the flowers up out of the wrapping. However, Mike listened to our concern and was telling us the options he had to fulfill our satisfaction for the flowers. I have to say, when approaching with a complaint, do it calm and collective. You’re most likely to be heard, understood, and given a solution far more than you excepted. Mike did just that as when I called. Thank you, Mike. You truly went far and beyond. We will definitely continue to use this store for future gifts our sweet lucky charm.

  Amazing customer service! Mike, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure my arrangement was ready on time and kept me updated every step of the way. He communicated clearly and made the whole process stress-free. The arrangement was beautiful and made a perfect gift. Highly recommend!

  ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC!!!! Do not order from this joke of a company. Placed an order to be delivered on Valentine’s Day and got stood up. Zero responses, zero delivery and they just totally scammed me for my money. Will never order from this joke of a company again. Who ever is in charge of this location is a clown.
