- RHRed HeadDec 26, 20251.0First we called asking about men’s fragrance gift boxes and we were assured they were sold out. We show up at the store and guess what? PLENTY of the gift boxes we just asked about. Of course there were TWO sales ladies helping one woman and neither would take a second to assist us. That along with no prices on many of the gift boxes let us know to shop online. Just go ahead and die Belks. Your staff is killing you.

When he asked and I told him I did not have either a Belk credit card or a Belk account with a registered email address the man then berated me for saying no and then said "It's not like we're asking you for blood"! The absolute unprofessional, unacceptable lack of decorum and service leads me to suggest that this Belk mayhaps should go the way of the development next door, torn down for scraps. If this is the a normal way Belk treats it's customers and is what Belk has to offer, it does not deserve to be in business.
