They also do not carry the same brands at all stores. This store did not carry Vineyard Vines or Ralph Lauren.

There were no other customers in line, when she brought order out and she handed it to me without offering to verify or check order together before I left. I asked if she wanted to see or scan barcode from email? She said, “no, you can just take it”. Very dismissive. Please see pics below of opened and used products when I checked items and immediately returned for a replacement. However, the replacement came on 12/30/2025, quickly and this product as well had been opened and the coupon offer had been taken out. This is and should be below the Belks quality of service and products for all!
