  Even though the store has good deals and nice items, the customer service (if you can even call it that) is very poor. The fitting rooms are never available, which makes no sense for a clothing store. How are customers supposed to try on clothes? On top of that, the sales associates are not helpful at all. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

  Store set up is nice but needs to improve with fitting room service. I visited the store on Saturday 12/6/2025 at 2:30pm the fitting room only open 4 rooms and all full while the other 4 got blocked out. When I asked the employee she said that they don’t have enough staff working at the store. Her answer sound stupid to me plus with her negative attitude while she talks. Weekend is the most busiest of the week for all retail store. It is common sense to have full service of the fitting room available for the customer.

  I hope someone takes an action on this. Very rude woman manager and even the backup manager seems like they don’t even care about the customers. They don’t even greet people. I just asked if they have any discounts and she just gave me a weird stare. After making the payment threw my receipt into the bag and just pushed it to the corner which was about to fall. I hope she could have said something like thank you or have a wonderful day. Most rudest people on earth. Never coming back to this store.
