  My nephew walked in and was told he couldn’t look around because the sizes were 30x48 and up. Mind you, my nephew is 6 foot 4 and has a hard time finding pants that fit. Since when can people not look around at an outlet? Very bad customer service.

  This particular store was an outlet store , although they carried a selection non clearance items as well.this store was very limited on selections and customer service wasn’t really there neither . The lady did greet me and as I was browsing she was just staring at me . I am 100% ok with an employee Being proactive with loss prevention but just sitting there without even faking folding a shirt is borderline uncomfortable. 🥴

  Went on 09/13/25 and 9/14/25. Both staff members were awesome. Was greeted and was given excellent customer service. Both staff members took care of multiple groups and people at the same time. Give these ladies a raise 😎💰Smithfield, North Carolina

  I love coming to shop here! So many great options and deals, it’s nearly impossible to pass up on the savings. Teresa was very helpful, knowledgeable and offered great customer service. She makes the trip to the store in Smithfield absolutely worth it (since this is the closet DXL/Casual Male for me by over 2 hrs)
