Disappointing experience at Carolina Premium Outlets. The outlets do not close until 7:00 PM, yet the public bathrooms are shut down as early as 4:30 PM. When you’re walking around for hours, spending a lot of money in different stores, it’s unreasonable to lock customers out of restrooms—especially when many of us need a break before getting back on the highway. This isn’t a one-time issue; it happens every time I visit. Today, I walked up to the restroom door at 4:54 PM and a staff member told me they were already closed. That is completely unacceptable while the outlets are still open to customers. If you expect people to shop until 7:00 PM, basic amenities like restrooms should remain open as well. This is a major inconvenience and really takes away from the overall shopping experience.

We visited alot of the store, gave us a good workout, got our steps in, but The Dairy Queen was filthy. They are under staffed and it doesn't help, people aren't raised right anymore. The Nike outlet was over staffed, literally workers standing around having conversations with each other, and when you go up and ask them for something, this one guy said, "Like, I don't know 🤷‍♂️ I just fold shirts". The ones that actually work, can't be found, because they're actually working! My husband finally got one of them, only to have his heart broken 💔. He showed what was supposed to be in stock online, and she had to apologize to, not only him, but several people that came in wondering where this stuff was that was online. She said, "They (Nike) needs to get better"! We agreed! Went to Skechers, "MY STORE", was greeted no sooner we walked in! Went straight for what I was looking for, the guy that helped us was sweet, so sweet, and he said "You know what you're looking for. You didn't dilly-dally around". My husband said Nope. She loves her Skechers! We were probably the easiest customer they had! This experience was 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Rack Room the ladies were nice. They were not busy at all. We went in for a certain pair, and they didn't have them. Then we went to a few perfume spots. I can't remember each name, but one got our money. She was pretty and very nice. She listened to what we like and followed through. The other store, she wanted to give us everyone, anything other than what we wanted. I didn't like that. We would've went in Bath and Body Works, but honey like me tell you, THEY WERE PACKED! I can't do crowds like that. Going to Wally World sometimes gives me anxiety, so...that was a no go for me. We couldn't find Lids. So, all in all, it was an ok experience. I will say this, to anyone that is reading this, no shade toward to Smithfield Outlet, but The Myrtle Beach- Tanger Outlet is FAR SUPERIOR! IJS 😘✌🏾

This is your typical outlet mall with some stores that aren’t always seen such as BoxLunch, Daa Bins, Carolina Pottery and more. This mall’s layout is little different. It’s in more of a strip mall layout than the typical outlet mall layout. It seemed the stores on one end were much further than the other end.

It's ok , sometimes you'll find some savings but it's not much on what you'll save on really. Still expensive though. And food or snacks around... well is ok too.
