- RMRebecca M2 days ago2.0I made a return stop to Carolina Pottery at the Carolina Premium Outlet Mall. I wasn't a fan of it on my first visit a few years back. It just felt junky to me this visit. Quality is more important to me than being a low price, as something that will last years is a better value than something that will just last a short time. Before, I noted that the majority of items were made in China and the store lacked locally made products or handcrafted pottery. I appreciate locally made products and the craftsmanship. So it is disappointing that these products are not available. It does have a large craft section for those looking for something similar to a Michaels store. Outdoor furniture seemed to be another big seller. It is a busy store so some seem to like it. I'm not sure how the prices compare to other stores. Most of these outlet stores tend to price high. I do not see myself returning here ever.
