    Good luck shopping here if you need help. Stopped by to buy 2 birthday gifts from the jewelry dept and can’t get assistance. Looking around while leaving I only noticed 1 employee at the register up front. Going to Jared, it may cost more but isn’t a waste of time

    Very disappointed in this belk today. Went in with my husband to look for a couple pairs of jeans. He picked a couple out and spent the time to try them on. The entire stand had a sign on them for $34.99. When going to the register they rang up $75.99. We told the cashier that there was a sign stating they were 34.99 and she was not willing to walk over there and look at there mistakes. I myself walked back over there and took a photo and showed her the sign. She answered with “there is nothing i can do about that, this is what there ringing up as” . Customer service and her attitude was terrible. Called and spoke to the manager and they claimed they would go take the sign down. What a joke!

    I went early Saturday morning. Had help from an associate to find the right shade of foundation. She was very pleasant and helpful. Go early, beat the crowds and enjoy.

    Stay away from customer pickup. They are completely unorganized - after waiting over 30 minutes they finally tell you they can’t find your order that you’ve paid for and they have marked as picked up. So you leave and they call back in 3 minutes to tell you to come back and get the order they’ve now found-but pull back in spot and call and wait again. Really?
