Had to walk almost the whole width of store to find a fitting room. So one fitting room for all the women. They used to have fitting rooms in each area, petite, plus and ladies. Lastly, difficult to find a sales person to ring up the purchase. Please open up the fitting rooms. This is not the only Belks that has closed up fitting rooms. My 89 year old mother was exhausted by the time we got back to the car.

The store overall is a reliable place to shop with great deals. The store was not busy at all when we visited it.

Took us a long time to even find someone that would help when we finally did the attitudes and the service were terrible. The manager Michelle was called for help she was absolutely no help at all. We ended up finding what we needed on our own and then had to wait 30 more minutes to get checked out. The two ladies working the register had the worst attitude. Terrible experience we will not be going back. I don’t not how the store stays in business, but by the looks of it , it will not be there long.
