I wanted to try out the difference in customer service. It’s as good as it gets in the south. I am New Yorker and, we are known for our big eyes. Seriously, I wanted to see almost every significant piece of jewelry in the shop. Especially, while I tried to wait for a new battery change. Sean the clerk/cashier was very patient with me. He actually showed the pieces of jewels like they was on a show case or something. I mean, it was the best customer service ever! Sean was very kind and, curious even a little humor couldn’t this city girl at all. lol. He was really great with service for the record. I was able to find and, purchase nice exceptional piece.
