She can never look up a receipt, always has a bad attitude, and if she'd take my phone number so my purchase would go to my JCPenney rewards, returns would be so easy. Then she'll say she can't find my purchase when I have the card it's charged to, the date charged, etc. Get rid of her!

I went twice in one week to give them what I call a thumbs down. No one on the floor to assist you,only one customer service station open and with an extremely long line and two very slow cashiers. Like where is the backup help. It’s supposed to be scan, pack,pay and go.
