  Stopped in to sell some gold and get an idea of whether a few other items might be worth selling. Penny helped me and was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout the entire process. Even though some of my items couldn’t be accepted, she took the time to clearly explain why and answered all of my questions with patience. I had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this business to anyone looking to sell gold or jewelry. 🥰😊

  Working with Penny was certainly an easy, clear, and understandable experience, and the price given for my jewelry pieces (necklaces, pendants, bracelet, etc) was surprisingly generous and fair! So much better than the other dealers I had tried, by far. I would highly recommend JewelRecycle for any of your precious metal needs. Thank you Penny!

  Honestly, based on the reviews, I was expecting a lot more from this place. I brought in my wedding rings to see how much I could get for them. We purchased them at KAY Jewelers in 2020, and the smaller ring alone cost $2,600, and the larger one was around $6,000. We have all the paperwork stored away, but since they said they didn't need it, I didn't bring it. I assumed their evaluation process was trustworthy and would provide a fair quote. I was offered $471 for BOTH rings, which isn't even close to half of what the smaller one alone is worth. It made me question whether they judged people based on age or appearance, like assuming I didn't know the value of what I had or worse, acting like it wasn't mine. Even the security guard moved closer to me for no reason while I was simply waiting for the quote. I came home, found the paperwork, and will definitely be going somewhere else. I'm not sure what kind of process they use here, whether it's because I didn't bring the papers or something else, but if you know the value of your jewelry, I recommend going somewhere else.

  This place is amazing!!! 10/10. Staff is incredibly professional and educated in their evaluations and quite helpful. Would go here for any need related to Jewelry appraisal and selling. Special shoutout to Penny and Katie, they are awesome!

  My wife and I went there for the first time yesterday and right away everyone was welcoming and friendly. The process was really easy and the lady who helped us was professional, polite and genuine. Thank you for a good experience. We will continue conducting our business here.
