- RDRebekah DavisNov 16, 20251.0I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to the Express Factory Outlet at Triangle Mall. When my fiancé and I entered the store, not a single associate greeted us or acknowledged our presence. There were five employees standing together, clearly engaged in personal conversation, and none of them looked our way or offered assistance. As I walked closer to them, I expected at least a simple greeting or an offer to help especially because I did need assistance but they continued their conversation without any recognition. Unfortunately, this was not the first time I experienced this type of service at this location. On a previous visit, these same associates rushed us through checkout, seemingly eager to return to their chitchatting rather than provide proper customer service. Because of these repeated negative experiences, I do not plan to shop at this Express location again. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as customers deserve to feel acknowledged and valued when shopping in your stores.

We will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased in our Express Factory Outlet stores based on the following requirements. We will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 30 days after the purchase. We will also not accept returns and exchanges that were purchased in Express or Express Men stores or online. Some items have a “Do Not Remove” tag or a “Keep This Tag Attached” tag, which must still be attached to the item in order to request a refund or exchange. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before you remove such a tag.
