I was told at 8:11 PM that the store was “closing soon,” but when I got to the register, the employee snapped that they closed at 8 PM. The website clearly says the store closes at 9 PM, so which one is it? The attitude I received was completely unnecessary and honestly left me feeling awful. If this is how customers are treated, I won’t be returning. A friendlier staff and accurate store information would go a long way, because this visit was truly unacceptable.
