    Alex helped me when I was walking by and saw the deal. I was just looking around when I came in. But he was amazing and helpful. Suggesting different shoes for my style and knew his music. Even bands or artist that aren’t radio bands. I’m 100% going to come back to this location just to get new shoes or even clothes. Great and fantastic customer service. Made me and my wife super comfortable where I forgot I was in a vans store. He even laced my shoes for me so I didn’t have to worry about it when I walked out the store in my new kicks.

    I have been to this store twice in the past six months and have gotten some of the best customer service that I’ve had in a while. The employees are so helpful and polite. However they are selecting their staff and doing their trainings, it is working well for them. Special shout outs to Matty, Jen, and Sam for making my experience memorable and seamless.
