- BSBryan R ShippFeb 6, 20265.0I went in expecting to not find much - I'd looked online and everything I was interested in was marked as "not available in store" for the local Crabtree store. I figured I might be able to find some pants to make do, but when I arrived it turned out all the things I was interested in online where actually in-store. So don't be afraid to go in even if the website says there's nothing local! Reid, in charge of the suit department there, was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! We found the jacket right away, but had to go through several iterations of pants, and his eye for sizes and knowledge about fabrics and the history of fashion is incredible. He was delightful to work with and I left feeling like a million bucks. He even gave us a recommendation on a quality tailor to get it adjusted in time. It's very hard to find quality clothes for a man my size, feel good about them, and not feel judged. And with this experience I got quality clothes, felt good about them, and felt the genuine joy Reid had in helping me find those clothes.
