Sharon took the initiative to look for shirts and pants in my size because she genuinely felt bad that the jacket wasn’t available. Thanks to her, I was still able to walk out with items that fit and look great. As a big person, walking into a big and tall store and feeling at home not judged means everything. Sharon made sure I felt valued and taken care of. I don’t know what recognition she can receive for this, but she deserves it. She is truly someone who cares about her customers.
