    This place used to be my favorite tobacco store in Raleigh, but the owners and managers appear to have completely let the place go recently. There's no AC for employees or customers, and many of their products are temperature sensitive. Many of their products are completely damaged now, but they're still selling them and refuse to replace/restock. Employees also have to work with nothing but fans for AC, even in the dead of summer. The employees are great, but many have either quit or even been fired en masse at times. Only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because of what it used to be, and because there's still a few cool employees left.

    Been going to this spot for years never had a problem but today I forgot my ID and tried my expired militaryID which couldn't be accepted which is fine thats on me. Whats not on me is the unnecessary hostility of the dude behind the counter. Seemed like the managerial type, didnt ask. Didnt catch his name either. Did catch his attitude. Not a fan of that dude. Capitol smoke does have good stuff and normally a pretty good atmosphere. Today wasn't the right day i guess.

    bought 3 cigars and they were all dried up. I think every cigar in the humidor is dried up
