I went in on a Sunday evening about 15 mins to closing and the African American lady at the perfume counter yelled “You have this many minutes until closing!” While holding up 4 fingers. While I understood the establishment closed at 6, I’m quite certain I had more than 4 minutes to shop. Regardless, there is also a much better way to communicate upcoming closing to paying customers. Again, I understand the urgency to leave on time but placing pressure on customers by yelling at them upon entry with a false sense of time is not service. I encourage upper management to review camera footage, you’re all better than this.

Such slow customer service. How do you have so few people working during the holiday season? Had to leave the line because it was a slow disaster. No thanks.
