  I had a great experience at this location with the help of Destiny and Justin. They found the correct size sweatshirt I needed and helped me with a complicated online exchange. Five stars!

  Just left the North Hills location and had a wonderful experience with Mrs. Greer, Store Manager. Walked me through the exchange process, helped me with color and size choice, along with a smile the entire time. Left the store happy with a positive experience and thought you should know. Thanks!

  I recently visited the Alo store in North Hills to exchange a pair of sweatpants that arrived with a hole in the leg seam. What should have been a simple exchange turned into a disappointing experience. I was told the exchange would cost 69 cents more, which I found unreasonable — I shouldn’t have to pay extra to replace a defective item. When I asked about other options, the manager looked me in the eye and said, “You could just not get an exchange,” before walking off mid-conversation. Thankfully, an employee stepped in and helped process a refund, showing far more professionalism and care than the manager. For a brand that charges premium prices, I expect a higher level of customer service. I came in wanting an exchange, but the manager’s dismissive attitude made me decide I’d rather just get my money back.
