  I had a very disappointing experience at the Express store in Carolina Place Mall (11025 Carolina Pl Pkwy, Pineville, NC 28134). After purchasing a shirt, I was treated in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner by the billing team. The behavior and tone used during checkout were inappropriate and insulting. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Customer service standards should reflect respect and accountability. I strongly urge store management to address this issue and ensure that customers are treated with dignity.

  Found a pair of pants here at $80 PRINTED on tag. WHEN RINGING UP the system showed $88. I asked them to honor the price and they said they can't. They admitted it was a store mistake that they must have missed the pair when doing price adjustment with the price sticker or the sticker fell off, but they were not going to honor what customer found. Corporate said they told corporate that they had explained to me about the price before proceeding to check out, and that is a lie! If admitting it is the store mistake and not going to honor the price, "take it or leave it" attitude, DURING ringing up, is considered an explanation before proceeding to check out, way to do business! Good luck! Add/edit: what bothered me was how they treated me. I came in, took some pants to try on then took the pairs that best fit to check out counter. I didn’t bothered them on anything. When ringing me up at $88, I pointed out $80 on the tag, the young lady (claimed herself as the manager) just said it’s $88 based on the system, then walked away, very disrespectful ! I asked the gentleman if they were going to honor the price on tag, he called the manager back, she came back, saying “I can’t honor the price. It’s the store mistake, we must have missed it or it fell off” then walked away again. NEVER DID ANYONE SAY SORRY FOR THAT MISTAKE! Extremely disrespectful! So I asked the gentleman again who can authorize the price honor again (because no one said sorry for the mistake), then a black lady came out, dry and cold, “we can’t honor the price. You still want them?”. What kind of attitude was that?! The way they treated their customer is disgustingly rude and disrespectful!

  One of my favorite stores, always has sharp dressed mannequins, and great selection of clothes and shoes. I always check the clearance area at each location I visit.
