  The manager spent the entire 30 minutes we were in the store berating her employees and making accusations or talking crap about the ones who weren't there. She gave an attitude when we declined signing up for rewards, which she mentioned 3 times in our 90 second interaction. Employees were helpful and positive, but the energy in there is uncomfortable and dead because of the way its managed.

  I love this location. The staff is always so accommodating. While I only shop here for undies and oversized sweaters which are usually always in the same spot, all of the merchandise is always neatly organized by size and style. I have never seen this location in disarray. Tonight, I especially appreciated the staff member that let me shop, but paid just enough attention to me and even called me to let me know my son dropped his hat in the store.
