I found a girls sweatsuit size4 with tags but no price. I continued trying to find one with no luck. A young man employee was walking around and I ask could he find a price so I would not have to hold up a line. His first remark was where did you get this? I said excuse me. He said where did you get this. I was so dumbfounded I almost said Walmart. dah. so he goes to checkout and ask the girl to scan, she says no can do it doesn't have a price. Nothing I can do. A 2nd lady overheard and took the girls size 4 sweatsuit from children's department while I waited patiently as I possibly could. She ask where did you get this. Dah!!!!! She come back with one simular and says 11.99. I said fine and got in line. The young lady started ringing up my purchases and lo ND behold I had a ladies shirt had tags no price. The lady in the line next to me was having an incident like I had. I told the young girl to keep shirt I paid for my pants and the sweatshirt and another item and I said as I left. If you want to sell stuff you need to price it. Also it is a good idea to train your employees the different departments in the store. I have had my Burks card a long time and I do not know that I will ever use it again.
- MRMonty R.Oct 17, 20254.0This is a pretty good store. It's in a high trafficked area of Mt. Airy, North Carolina. This is a pretty 'new' store as it switched over from Burkes Outlet. It was a little bit disorganized in some sections, and the clothes section is BARELY big enough to fit a cart down. When that is over half the store, it gets really crowded. Overall, they have plenty of space to make things wider and clean up a little bit. Do that and this store is great.

One thing that I wish they would change, is one of the Cashiers up front is always so Rude, Judgemental and has a Terrible look on her face, Like she is so sad to be there... Thats just part of being an adult, we sometimes have to do things , that we dont won't to do, Like going to work, But at some point in time we all have been there, and we all have some off days, but not RBF Every Single Time.... Her attitude sets the whole Bealls Experience....
