The wait time was an all day event for the installation and the technician was not knowledgable on my vehicles installation procedures. He had to keep stopping the installation process to calibrate vehicles with no appointment who got served and released while I waited. This is absolutely rediculous and unprofessional that there is only one technician to help all of their clients and who has not been properly trained for all installations.

How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.

Is an Ignition Interlock the same as a breathalyzer?
