I was livid, as he was running late and needed to be at the event in 45 minutes. Thankfully, they sent someone from the store, Stephen, to remove the tag! The lady who checked us out was pretty much checked out and although I was upset about them not removing it in the first place, I think it was pretty awesome that they took care of it in the best way possible!

Thankfully, I had a copy since I'd submitted it to the jewelry insurance company. Once I showed her the documentation, her whole story changed. My ring was to be back 12/28. I haven't had any communication from them updating the status. So, I've been trying to call for 3 days (not including days they were closed for the holiday). A little bit ago I finally had someone answer but was told they're too busy to talk to me right now. Well, I think once I get my ring back then I'll start going to another location and if they're not any better...I'll stop buying from Belk. Bad customer service all the way around! And not the first time but many similar to it.
