    I had a terrible experience with this store. I placed a birthday order and they told me at the last minute that it could not be delivered. Terrible customer service and I highly recommend everyone avoid this sham operation. I see the owners response. I ask that you read the many complaints and judge for yourself.

    Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I placed an order and paid a $35 fee because the residence was out of the regular delivery area. To my surprise, I received a call the morning the delivery was supposed to go out saying that they needed an additional $15 because they have to use a third-party delivery company due to the distance. I already paid the fee they requested, and now demanding additional. Never have I experienced a business that could care less about the business reputation they put out, nor if the delivery was done or not. Definitely not what I would expect from a company that's supposed to bring happiness. So much for Thanksgiving, appreciation to my customer, who instead receive nothing. I will never do business with this company again, despite prior years of business at other locations.

    Horrible Experience! I placed an order for my daughter's birthday in August I received a phone call when I was 15 minutes away from the Mooresville, NC stating that the order is being canceled this location is 45 minutes away from me but closest to my daughter's house as she lives in Mooresville. I ordered here as I did not want the chocolate in and other items to melt. IThe gentle said the order was canceled and I asked why. It sounded as if askin why was a problem. He stated that they are not doing to go orders today. I was very concerned and disappointed as I was now 15 mins. from the store and it's 45 minutes from me as I live in a different city. He could care less and was rushing me off of the phone. He said I was holding him hostage on the phone because I had questions. Wow! I'm shocked. I asked his name he said John not sure if thats his real name. I asked for a manager I was told that they would provide the manager with my information. Never got a call back. I calked again on September 15th as I heard nothing back and left a message with a female that said she was the only one there and that she would pass the message along. I still hadn't heard anything ,my final call was on September 24th I called back and got that same rude gentleman John answered and once again he said I was holding him hostage on the phone because I had questions. He said the store only have 2 to 3 employees he was working by his self he could not assist me with the matter and that he did give the manager the number & he can't make them call me and he continued to be rude I even asked him to put his self in my shoes if he had ordered something for a special person his mother, girlfriend or wife and a store canceled in another city that you're driving to And then offered to deliver it the next day when that's not your loved one's special day how he feel. Again he was had no empathy or compassion. I ended up driving back to my city and placing the order and paying more for the order. What a large was of time and disappointment. Corporate did have the owner to return my call on September 25th. The owner was already rare form when he called and he was just as rude as his staff so if you have a owner that doesn't care then that's why the staff acts like that as well he didn't care to address his staff's behavior he told me that I had received a refund for the order and heed and see what the problem was so the problem was a your staff is rude and disrespectful like you secondly the problem was it was a big inconvenience because I don't live in that city he could care less his main focus was you got a refund what do you want he started yelling at me and told me that that is not his only place of ownership he owns other places and that he is very busy he does not have to call me and he does not have to explain to me how corporate works! I did not ask him how corporate worked I told him that I worked for a different edible arrangement in my city and that if we were not accepting orders at our store we could turn the orders off us he told me that times have changed corporate has made changes and that he does not have to explain to me anything about corporate I didn't ask him to I just wanted to let him know that in my previous years I worked part-time at a different edible arrangement and we were able to turn our orders off so that we didn't inconvience our customers. The owner again yelled at me he's out of the country I don't know what he's going through this is not the only business that he owns and he is very bust but since I kept requesting a call. He basically I'm bothering him too! I said to him is this what I waited for a call back from you for 31 days for? I'm a therapist and he is verbally abusive. If he yells and talks down to the women in his life like that. I feel sorry for them. I don't tolerate that and I waited for a call back 31 days to be talked to like trash by the owner. As a therapist I had to end the call. He was in rage because of his own stressors in life and lashed out on a customer with a valid concern.

    The worst fruit I have ever tasted! The honeydew melon, cantaloupe, pineapple, even strawberries were all disgusting!!!

    I ordered a fruit and cookie platter for a sick friend in the hospital and was told it was delicious and was such a nice gift. Said it was so fresh. I just ordered 2 dozen cookies and will order more. Have no problems with this store. Very personable and there to please you. I am sorry but my cookies were nothing like my friend described. Sugar cookies tasted like someone forgot the sugar and cookies were a bit small. Box was a very nice box. Maybe just an off day. So I went and bought different cookies for the party I was taking them to. I could not share these.
