  James was great in responding to a issue with delivery and then a second issue with quality of product that was received. He was exceptionally helpful and detailed in attention and explanation. Something that is often lacking in customer s rbice needs with businesses over the last 5 years. Thank you James.

  Stopped in for chocolate covered strawberries. I was told that only a box of 12 was available for $50 dollars. Yes, $50 dollars. Price gouging at best but ok. When I opened them, each strawberry had less than 50% coverage with chocolate. I am very disappointed and will not return to this location.

  My wife ordered a box of chocolate covered strawberries and had them delivered to my job for Valentine’s Day. They arrived I was super excited I opened the box the strawberries were white as they were not completely ripe. I reached out to them to tell them about my order. The lady directed me to email them. I did. They responded rather fast, telling me I’m getting a refund 😞 SMH I wished I could return this to them to replace my order today as today is Valentine’s Day. Sadly I can’t attach a picture of the box

  My husband picked this (what was supposed to be) a beautiful arrangement for me and some idiot packed it sideways so this was the outcome!!! The strawberries look barely covered with chocolate! Then when we called to have it fixed we were given an email and told they can’t help us to send the photos in! For a place all about the arrangements you really flopped on your biggest day of the year! What a wonderful Valentine’s Day! 🙄🙄🙄

  I ordered the flowers and chocolate covered strawberries earlier in the week for Valentine’s Day, I was contacted a couple days prior to Valentine’s Day informing me they would not deliver to my location, which is disappointing in the fact I feel like they should figure out a way to not let you place a delivery order if it’s outside there travel radius. So I agreed to drive 45 minutes away on Valentines Day morning to pick up the order. When I arrived they couldn’t find the order, eventually they located it in the refrigerator, upon receipt of the order the flowers are very lack luster to say the least, some of the flowers are already withering away, all for $170. If I had known the quality was this bad I would have definitely never ordered from here, nor will I ever again. If I could give less than a star I would, anyone who is looking for this service I would advise you look elsewhere if you want quality.
