Easy and quick. Not usually to crowded and easy to get help if you need it. Good selection and sizes of mens clothing. I laugh when I check out. They have discount's on top of discounts instead of just pricing everything the correct price. Guess they want you to feel like you come out on top. I just find that amusing but I do like shopping there for nicer clothes and suits. They have nice ties and belts and shoes .

My Husband went Christmas shopping for me 12-18-25 . The sales clerk ask to hold his items till he was ready to check out, he did. But when he finished, checked out & came home she had gave him the wrong items. He goes back after work to correct the problem, it was boots, the size he had were no longer available. I am very disappointed. It should have NEVER been happened. So the gift I had ask for never happened because of a mistake that should have not happened . She should have put the boots he purchased behind the “ desk” for 24 hours

Mooresville has a really nice Belk. Good selection, racks neat and sorted, very helpful associates, & easy to find employee eager to assist. Drive out of town PAST my local Belk to go there!!

I've shopped there for over 20 years and tonight was my worst experience ever. Had a Greg Norman quarter-zip I bought 2 weeks ago and when I put on to leave for a work trip, I noticed a pick on it. Immediately took it off and when I got home from a 10 day trip I tried to exchange it for the exact same thing. The rude associate accused me of wearing it ( which I did for less than 5 minutes) and told me I can't exchange it because tags were removed even though I had them. I asked for the MOD which she ran to and tried to prevent me from speaking to. I explained the situation and was immediately helped and ordered the exchange online since the size/color was out of stock in the store. Why did the associate have to make the process so difficult and be so rude. I will not shop this store ever again even though I've spent thousands of dollars there. Customer service matters!!
