But when he finished, checked out & came home she had gave him the wrong items. He goes back after work to correct the problem, it was boots, the size he had were no longer available. I am very disappointed. It should have NEVER been happened. So the gift I had ask for never happened because of a mistake that should have not happened . She should have put the boots he purchased behind the “ desk” for 24 hours

Had a Greg Norman quarter-zip I bought 2 weeks ago and when I put on to leave for a work trip, I noticed a pick on it. Immediately took it off and when I got home from a 10 day trip I tried to exchange it for the exact same thing. The rude associate accused me of wearing it ( which I did for less than 5 minutes) and told me I can't exchange it because tags were removed even though I had them. I asked for the MOD which she ran to and tried to prevent me from speaking to. I explained the situation and was immediately helped and ordered the exchange online since the size/color was out of stock in the store. Why did the associate have to make the process so difficult and be so rude. I will not shop this store ever again even though I've spent thousands of dollars there. Customer service matters!!
