What really stood out is that he never once pushed any product over another. Instead, he gave clear, honest, and very detailed explanations of what each product does and what benefits it could have. Because of his guidance, we ended up leaving with several items when we only came in for one—and we felt confident about every purchase. He even signed me up for an account so I can earn rewards on future visits. I will absolutely be back to this location. If this young gentleman isn’t running one of these locations in the near future, I’ll be shocked. His passion for the products, the service, and the environment he’s creating there is truly intoxicating and makes the shop a super fun place to be. Highly recommend asking for Jacob!
