- GSGinger F ShafferApr 24, 20262.0The store is nice and has a great variety of clothing. On the other hand the checkout process is horrible. Very few staff employees, only one or two registers open and the staff is slow. It has always been my favorite place to shop but now I rarely frequent the store because of the underststaffing. It was nothing for me to spend hundreds a month and now maybe a couple hundred per year. I would go more often if you could get checked out in a timely manner. The day of running in and out when pushed for time has been over for years. Very dissatisfied with upper management and hiring more employees.

Their hours aren't accurate via Alexa or Google as they close 1 hour later given they are an achor store. Order online and anyone in the store can grab your pick-up including Cosmetic counter ladies. Clean Neat There's a clearance shoe room but only lady sizing.

There was a young girl who finally cleaned up the shoe area and she was incredibly helpful and friendly. Where is she???? She should have been management 🙄. Sheila or Shay??? You need more people like this.
