Also he was the only employee in the store at the time along with us and no one else. He did not assist, did not greet, nor assist. We were in the process of buying 4 pair of shoes, but since we felt like we were being treating like 2nd class citizens, we have decided to take our business else where. Johnston Murphy store the salesman greeted us, and took the time to help and assist us with our purchase, only wished Cole Haan delivered the same professional experience.
