The coats weren’t comfortable, so we took them to this store. I was told that they couldn’t take my return back because I used Apple Pay. The sales associate looked at my husband return slip that was freshly printed and said they couldn’t figure out where to refund it, so they wouldn’t take his back either. We, each had to pay $9 to ship the returns and it took 5 business days for Columbia to send an email that they received it, and an additional 14 days for the refunds to hit our accounts. This will be our last purchase from Columbia. Thanks for the horrible experience.
