Furthermore I lost an earring during my last visit and they helped to try and find it and when that didn’t happen they took my name and number and actually called me a couple of days later to let me know they had my earring and would hold it until I had a chance to pick it up ! That’s great customer service!! Thank you!
- TJTonya JoynerSep 29, 20254.0Two reviews. One from around 10/1/25 and another from 10/8/25. I went to try to use a coupon on 10/1/25 and walked in before my husband. When the greeter turned around, she saw him and not me. She spoke to him in a way that indicated she was suspicious of him. She began to approach him and before she got to him, I waved her down and advised her I was the one to help and he was with me. She backed away from him, and began to try to sell me things instead of asking what I was there to shop for. I looked a bit more, found nothing, and decided to shop online. Online I was able to purchase and have it sent to the store. 10/18/25 was when I picked up. I was not with my husband, was greeted warmly, directed to the checkout to get my order, was helped tremendously by the cashier who gave me tips on fits and styles which coincided with my lifestyle and budget, and went away completely pleased. I'm leaving 4 stars for this visit because the cashier gave top tier service, while initially it was 2 stars. I've worked retail for years and what I and my husband received earlier this month is the exact opposite. Why my husband was treated with disdain when he easily could have come to pick up my order, to buy something for his wife, mother, or sister is beyond me. This is not professional or welcoming behavior from a store that is supposed to support women. To add insult to injury, my husband has worked in the retail industry for over 30 years, so he knows when he's being suspected of shoplifting. Please do better with the training of your employees. Pay the cashier a consultant rate to do it.
