They just expect their customers to reschedule after driving hours to get to them. They mixed up the VIN number on my account and I had to go back through the Courts to get it straightened out. They are rude, and DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Do yourself a favor and go with another company.
