  I decided to drive to Citi trends in Lumberton North Carolina, from Fayetteville NC. The store was huge that was a plus the boys selection was slim & unorganized probably due to the holiday's. Other than that the staff was super friendly will definitely return in the future CITI fashion for less 😘🥰

  I recently visited the Citi Trend and the young ladies were rude and disrespectful. They have a sign on the dressing room door that it closes at 6pm. I was in there around 4pm needing to use the dressing room . I asked two times and was rejected both times by the young that was working in the front. Apparently if they don’t want to work… because every Citi Trends I’ve visited they open the dressing room for you as soon as they get the line down. Both ladies ended up in the front of the store and still wouldn’t allow me use of the dressing room. The young girl was calling me names and the older lady was with holding her up in the wrong and being rude to me too. They are unprofessional and lazy. I will never visit here again.

  If I could rate this place with negative stars, I would. My husband, 13 year old daughter and I went there to shop briefly on Dec. 4, 2025 after leaving my daughter's Dr's appt. We asked to use the fitting room so our daughter could try on 2 things. We were treated so bad by 2 of the employees. I had to video it. We were discriminated against, yelled at, belittled in front of other customers, talked about to other customers, refused to check us out and verbally assaulted. After the male employee found out he was recorded, he walked off the job. I had to call corporate. My sister-in-law is a manager at another CitiTrends and we had her on the phone with my husband. She heard everything. I have never been treated that way before. Then, had to explain to my daughter why I didn't just leave. It was about principle at that time and not getting employees or anyone abuse their positions. Finally, the 3rd employee checked us out after being reprimanded by corporate. I just don't understand why it even got to that level!! My daughter was so upset!! We have taught our kids skin color doesn't define a person. You treat everyone the way you want to be treated! The male employee yelled and cursed. I can't believe that kind of behavior is acceptable!! One of the ladies was so rude just looked through me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!! The floor was so filthy. Hasn't been vacuumed in some time, apparently. Not one member of corporate called me back with an apology.
