Store Organization
The store is generally clean and well-organized, but some customers expressed frustration with the arrangement of clothing by color rather than size, making it difficult to find items.
Pricing Concerns
Many customers felt that prices have increased significantly, making it less appealing for thrift shopping, with some items considered overpriced for second-hand goods.
Product Variety
Customers appreciated the wide selection of clothing and home goods, though some noted a decline in quality and variety compared to previous visits.

Absolutely unacceptable. A blonde-haired woman and a red-headed cashier were at the front openly talking about an employee named Jay being “off by a few minutes.” To my knowledge, neither of them is even in charge, yet they were still discussing employee issues right in front of customers like it was normal.
It came off as unprofessional, careless, and honestly embarrassing for the business. If this is how they act on the floor, I can only imagine what goes on behind the scenes. I will not be returning to this location for a while until this issue is resolved.
Edit:I have recently returned to this location and finally got the chance to meet Jay, the cashier everyone’s been talking about. This young man was on top of everything and had me in and out in no time! He’s kind, professional, and truly deserves more respect than he receives.
I would love to give him 5 stars if I could but as far as the last people that I spoke about I rate them zero.

I’ve honestly never seen anyone like Jay in this store. Every time I come in, he’s professional, respectful, and always has a smile on his face — no matter how busy or stressful it gets around him. The way he interacts with customers is just incredible; he makes everyone feel heard and valued. Today, for example, he went out of his way to make my checkout smooth and easy, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Meanwhile, I noticed other employees talking casually in the background, but Jay stayed focused on his job the entire time. It’s rare to find someone so consistent and genuinely caring in customer service these days. He sets a standard that I wish everyone in the establishment would follow. People like Jay are the reason customers come back, and honestly, he deserves recognition for the way he handles every interaction with professionalism and a positive attitude.

I have been in here several times to give this location a second chance but the employees need to be taught manners. Its unacceptable to be sassy with customers.
