A blonde-haired woman and a red-headed cashier were at the front openly talking about an employee named Jay being “off by a few minutes.” To my knowledge, neither of them is even in charge, yet they were still discussing employee issues right in front of customers like it was normal. It came off as unprofessional, careless, and honestly embarrassing for the business. If this is how they act on the floor, I can only imagine what goes on behind the scenes. I will not be returning to this location for a while until this issue is resolved. Edit:I have recently returned to this location and finally got the chance to meet Jay, the cashier everyone’s been talking about. This young man was on top of everything and had me in and out in no time! He’s kind, professional, and truly deserves more respect than he receives. I would love to give him 5 stars if I could but as far as the last people that I spoke about I rate them zero.

Meanwhile, I noticed other employees talking casually in the background, but Jay stayed focused on his job the entire time. It’s rare to find someone so consistent and genuinely caring in customer service these days. He sets a standard that I wish everyone in the establishment would follow. People like Jay are the reason customers come back, and honestly, he deserves recognition for the way he handles every interaction with professionalism and a positive attitude.
