I want to share something that happened yesterday that really left me upset. I drove about an hour to visit this location, and while I was there, I witnessed a manager acting completely out of pocket toward the cashier. She asked him about an item—probably something related to that 3–4 day thing the store does in the area—and when he answered, she was nasty, dismissive, and extremely rude.
Even as she was walking away, she continued being disrespectful. The cashier, who is always polite, friendly, and helpful, seemed really sad and frustrated. Two women in line even apologized to him for how he was treated. It was uncomfortable to witness and completely unprofessional.
I really hope the company addresses this situation quickly—we don’t need to lose such a dedicated and kind employee over behavior like this. He deserves to be treated with respect so he can continue doing his job well. He need more respect then we he got yesterday. This is a shame.

I was here at the franklin square location and i witnessed a very upsetting interaction involving Jennifer, the red-headed manager, during a recent visit. While a cashier was trying to complete their work duties, Jennifer spoke to him in a disrespectful and immature manner that came across as rude and unprofessional. The situation became uncomfortable enough that he felt the need to stand up for himself, which multiple customers around me noticed.
As a customer observing this, I genuinely felt bad for the cashier having to be spoken to that way while simply doing his job. He is always sweet, friendly, and welcoming whenever I come in, and I have never seen him upset or out of character before this incident, which made the interaction even more surprising to witness.
This did not appear to be an isolated incident, as I have personally observed Jennifer displaying a dismissive and unfriendly attitude on other visits as well. Management should set a positive example in how employees are treated, and interactions like this create an uncomfortable environment for both staff and customers.
Based on these experiences, I believe it may be beneficial for this manager to receive additional training or be reassigned so that employees and customers can have a more respectful and positive environment moving forward. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
Absolutely terrible. Please do something about this.

Sunday evening I stopped in the Franklin Square Goodwill to look for a lamp. I found a several lamps. I asked for assistance from an employee placing items on the floor to see if the lamps worked. Mr. Ronald MC went above & be beyond, he went to the back and got a lightbulb and helped me check the lamps. I really appreciated his helpful courteous nature. I recommend this Goodwill.

Absolutely unacceptable. A blonde-haired woman and a red-headed cashier were at the front openly talking about an employee named Jay being “off by a few minutes.” To my knowledge, neither of them is even in charge, yet they were still discussing employee issues right in front of customers like it was normal.
It came off as unprofessional, careless, and honestly embarrassing for the business. If this is how they act on the floor, I can only imagine what goes on behind the scenes. I will not be returning to this location for a while until this issue is resolved.
Edit:I have recently returned to this location and finally got the chance to meet Jay, the cashier everyone’s been talking about. This young man was on top of everything and had me in and out in no time! He’s kind, professional, and truly deserves more respect than he receives.
I would love to give him 5 stars if I could but as far as the last people that I spoke about I rate them zero.
